Fico has been always attracted by the world of photojournalism. She was only a teenager, when in 1991, started his cooperation, as photojournalist, with several French neswpapers for the sport news. She finished her studies in philosophy in 1995. In the same year Fico became the photographer of the music company BMG France, and she went on tour with the groups Simple Mind, The Silencers, and Texas. In 1996 she cooperated for six months with Sony Music in Edinburgh. After this period, back in France, she started to work for several model agencies, such as Metropolitan, Karine, Absolu, PH- one, Success, realizing the books of the models. In 1999 she went to Bordeaux to work as advertsing photographer for Lucas-Boss. In 2002 she realized several reportages, among them " Christian Lacroix ", a work about the Parisian fashion designer and the preparation of an " haute-couture " collection. Not less important " The adrenaline of the bikers ", about the clandestine motor-cycle competitions, tooking place in Paris, at night. In 2003, she made several trips to Greece to work on different subjects, such as " Orthodox nuns ", " Orthodox Easter ", etc . The same year she founded, with a group of photographers, the association " Picuretank ", becoming the coordinator, and started her cooperation with the agency Nazca Pictures.
