Makwar Dwaz Giri, sadhu and pilgrim of the Ganges, in full meditation at the glacier of Gomukh. It is one of the four sources of the Ganges, located twenty kilometres from the village of Gangotri, in the heart of the Indian Himalayas. On this rock polished by the nascent river, old wise men have painted "Om nama Shiva", "Glory to the god Shiva" a short phrase that the pilgrims repeat tirelessly to become one with the divine. Gangotri, India.
