“The Monkey”, 110 metres long, 58 metres high geoglyph. The Nazca civilisation considered this animal to be a god, often depicted on the pottey as worshiped animal. In this drawing “The nine-fingered Monkey” the spiral tail was probably added at a later time, more easily a portrayal of a feline with human limbs. Jumana Pampa, Nazca, Peru.
