The tiny village of Boura sees the largest weekly cattle market in the northeast of the CAR. The UN soldiers, based in Birao, a few hours away, keep the area safe. But outside the areas where they patrol the situation remains dangerous. Zaraguinas (road bandits) make it difficult to travel around in Vakaga province.
