Erez Check-point: This child is looking for the pass to cross the check point to reach the Israeli hospital. There aren't special rules or criteria to release the pass. Sometimes it's possible to have it immediately, but sometimes they have to wait for several days. Other times the pass has been refused , causing the death of many people.
